Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers in our time of grief. We appreciate everything from the letters to the cards, to the hugs and kisses, to the kind words and expressions. We are sad not because our mother is gone- for we know that to be absent from the body is to be present with God- but simply because we will miss our mother.

Thank you again for all you have done to provide comfort to our hearts. And just as we are in your thoughts and prayers, you all are definitely in ours. Be blessed!

TO SANDY TRAVIS AND FELICIA,
I HAVE KNOWN YOUR MOM SINCE WE WERE BOTH LITTLE GIRLS. SHE, P-WEE AND I ALL CAME ALONG TOGETHER AND SHARED MANY FUN TIMES AS CHILDREN. WHO KNEW OUR CHILDREN WOULD ONE DAY GROW UP TO TOUCH EACH OTHERS LIVES SO DEEPLY. PRAY CHILDREN, AS SHE DID. AND REMEMBER THE MESSAGE SHE LEFT YOU. STAY CLOSE TO ONE ANOTHER AND ALWAYS KEEP GOD IN YOUR LIFE. SHE WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU.

To Felecia,Sandy and Travis,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time. Terri was such a sweet and loving person who always had a smile on her face. I remember when we used to play together on Lawson St wheneveryone played together and we did not have a care in the world. I can only imagine the smile on Terry's Aunt Mary's face when she greets Terry at those pearly gates in Heaven. All of our strength comes from the Lord,He will never leave nor forsake you. I will keep you in my prayers.God Bless

I was sorry to hear of Terry's passing. I always enjoy visiting Swansboro and more than happy to see Terry. She was one on the many people that I would see as I entered the church doors. Terry always greeted me with a smile followed by a big hug. I will truly miss seeing her beautiful smile. Andre' and I send our prayers during this difficult time. I pray that God's grace and mercy will continue to follow you always.

The long-suffering is over and peace has finally come. The last time I saw Terry was when she was seeing her grandchildren being baptized at Swansboro Baptist Church. I gave her a big hug and her spirits were high. She had the biggest grin on her face and told me she can't complain God has been good to her. When she went in hospice, I told her when she gets to heaven tell my Father I love him still. Sandy, Travis & Felicia this is not good by, this is I'll see you when I get there. She is in a better place, her struggle is over, and the battle has been won. I love all of you very much. Aunt Debbie
