Vera Ann Davis, 75, passed away on February 15, 2026, in Salem, Oregon.
Vera was born on July 5, 1950, in Lampasas, Texas, to Susie and William Wilmoth. She was the youngest of thirteen children. Vera spent her early years growing up in Arizona before her family relocated to Albany, Oregon, when she was in middle school.
On February 25, 1977, she married Garry Lee Davis in Jefferson, Oregon. Together they were blessed with one daughter, Corina. For the past 42 years, Vera made her home in Lyons, Oregon, where she built a life rooted in family and community.
Vera worked seasonally for many years at Norpac in Stayton. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her great joy.
Vera was preceded in death by her husband, Garry, and all twelve of her siblings.
She is survived by her daughter, Corina Dooley; her grandchildren, Dakota Davis-Dooley, Sylvia, Thomas, and Dustin Moon; and her great-grandchildren, Sterling, Alliyah, Jace, Elizabeth, Jonathan, Weston, Beau, and Addison.
