To Everyone; You were in my thoughts and prayers before Vera´s passing and I will continue to pray now for understanding, peace and comfort. I also pray that each of you will take a minute or minutes to breathe in slowly and exhale. Upon exhaling if you feel like crying, do it! It will release a lot of whatever needs to be released. You´re going to be okay but you must go through this process and it may be very hard but I pray you will let yourself be okay. Let yourself Grieve no matter how long it may take, everyone is different. Love you all!
