I´m so sorry to hear about Vera´s passing. We may not have seen each other much but she was a good friend and always in my thoughts. I will surely miss our conversations and her always upbeat personality. My deepest condolences to all family and friends that had the opportunity to meet her.

I am so sorry to read of Miss Tisheff's passing. That is how I always knew her. I was her student in the 60's, and her name is often my password, nowadays. She meant so much to me when I didn't know how to express it, and she opened so many doors to my appreciation not just of music but to so much else. I am grateful for her life and her energy. She had a huge impact on me. I still play the piano with joy, I still have her handwriting on my music books, and I share all of that with my grand sons. My son studied the violin, and I always accompanied him. That is just the beginning. I send my sympathies for your loss, as it must be great. But look at all our Vera gave. So much.
