Vera M. Wright

Vera M. Wright, 82, of Moundsville, died Sunday, August 31, 2025 in Moundsville Health Care Center. She was born March 11, 1943 in Homeworth, Ohio; the daughter of Pete and Edith Horner Yoho. Vera worked in the registration office at West Virginia Northern Community College and was a member of Hillview Terrace Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Wright. Survivors include her twin sister, Vivian (Max) Rine; two brothers, Raymond (Nancy) Yoho and Lyle Yoho; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday from 11am until the time of service at 1pm at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville, with Andy Robison officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
