Verla Buchanan Obituary
Verla was born on April 25, 1942, in Meridian, Mississippi, to Byron Davis and Mary Lois Hammer Davis.
She is survived by her sons, James Buchanan and wife June of Toxey, AL., Brad Buchanan and wife Jessica of TN., Kevin Buchanan and wife Chasity of AL., Kenneth Buchanan and wife Maria of CA., numerous grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Buchanan; parents, Byron Davis and Mary Lois Hammer Davis; brothers, Thomas Davis and Richard Davis; sister, Blanch Dawson.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Legacy Hospice for all the care they provided to Verla.
The family will hold a memorial service for Verla at a later date.
