Veronica Rene Garner-Parker, a beacon of love and selflessness, passed away on February 20, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. Born on September 2, 1982, in San Marcos, Texas, Veronica's life was a testament to the power of faith and the depth of familial bonds.

A devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister, Veronica is survived by her loving husband, David Parker; her mother, Vera Garner and father Randall Garner; her adoring children, Matthew Reyes, Gabrielle Reyes, and Devin Adams; her caring brothers, Joseph Garner and his wife Teresa, William Garner and his wife Janice, Michael Garner and his wife Rebecca; her sister, Julie Tolleson and her husband Blake; as well as her close-knit siblings-in-law, Brandie Parker, John Parker and his wife Suzanne, and Mark Alan Parker and his wife Rebecca. Her extensive family also includes numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, all of whom felt the warmth of her love and the strength of her spirit.

Veronica's professional life was marked by her dedication to helping others, a calling she fulfilled through her work at Llano Dispatch and Baylor Scott and White, as well as in various medical customer service roles. Her colleagues knew her as a woman who brought not only her skills but her whole heart to every interaction, making both colleagues and clients feel heard and cared for.

Her interests were a reflection of her inner beauty; Veronica found joy in crafts and had a particular affinity for the serene sparkle of crystals. However, her greatest pleasure was found in the company of her family and friends. Her home was often filled with laughter, the chatter of crafting projects, and the quiet moments that string together to form the tapestry of a life well-lived.

Veronica's character was defined by her loving nature, her faith-filled heart, and her selfless approach to life. She faced every challenge with grace and every celebration with gratitude. To know Veronica was to know kindness incarnate, and to be part of her family was to feel an unwavering support that knew no bounds.

As we bid farewell to Veronica, we carry forward the light she has instilled in each of us. Her legacy is one of unwavering love and the quiet strength that comes from a life lived with genuine compassion for others. Though she has left our physical world, her spirit remains a guiding force, a comforting presence in the lives of all who were privileged to know her.

In remembering Veronica, we honor the beauty of her life and the depth of her impact. Her memory will be cherished and her life celebrated as an example of how to love fully, live faithfully, and give generously. Veronica Rene Garner-Parker will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she touched.

A Memorial Service will be held on March 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Harrell Funeral Home in Llano, Texas.
