Veronica Rinaldi Obituary
Veronica M. (Roni) Rinaldi, age 96 of Apple Valley, Minn., formerly from Hibbing, Minn., and Lake Havasu Arizona, peacefully went home to her Lord on November 19, 2025 with family at her side.
Veronica was born on March 5, 1929, in Duluth, Minn., to Harvey and Helen Obert. She was the youngest of seven siblings: Lawrence, John, William, Helen (DiCicco), Mary Jane (Richardson) and Kathy (Neill).
Veronica lived in Hibbing and Side Lake until retiring from Northwestern Bell. She and her husband, Joe, then moved to Lake Havasu AZ where they spent many years enjoying golf, new friendships, fun trips to the casinos and time spent on the lake. Over the years she enjoyed singing, snowmobiling, knitting, playing cards, reading and spending time with her family and friends. Throughout her life, she held an unwavering faith in God which she witnessed to those around her. Her love and devotion to her children and grandchildren will be greatly missed.
Veronica was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; husband of 46 years, Joseph; daughters, Renee Robinson and Terri Rinaldi; grandson, Joey Schneiderman; and son-in-law, Russell Schneiderman.
She is survived by her loving children, Michael (Jennifer) Anderson, Monica Schneiderman, Dennis (Kim) Anderson, Nancy (Rodney) Nefzger; and son-in-law, Robert Robinson; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, as well as extended family and many friends.
Our family deeply appreciates the support and care provided by the Grace Hospice Healthcare Team over the past several months. A special thank you to all of her many friends at the Timbers where she has lived the past 15 years enjoying time shared.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday December 5, 2025, at Church of the Risen Savior, 1501 CR 42, Burnsville, Minn., with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Private Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery, at a later date. Memorials will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
