Vickey Onetta Stephenson

Vickey O. Cagle Stephenson, 73, of Hugo, OK, passed away on September 27, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on April 6, 1952, in Eufaula, Ok to Darrell R. Cagle and Pauline Ruth Lowe. She will be remembered for her strength, outspoken nature, and her love of family. She enjoyed spending time at the casino, riding her Harley, laughing, and making memories with those she loved. She was a caregiver and private nurse most of her life, she loved to cook and was famous for her banana nut bread and jalapeno macaroni salad. She is survived by son Jerri Watkins and girlfriend Jessica of Ardmore, daughter Delannia and husband Bobby Cleveland of Valliant, Ok, Virginia and husband David McDonald of Tishomingo, Ok. Grandchildren Chance Cathey, Dondria Foster, Stormi Debo , Joseph Reed , Paige Reed, Chelsey Watkins , Jarrod Brooks , Chase Watkins ,Cadyn Thompson , Kyle, Bailey, Joerdan, and Sara Cleveland. Many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She is survived by Sisters Diane and husband Tommy Joplin Clarksville, Tx, Betty Hendrix, Milburn, Ok, brothers James Cagle, Milburn, Ok, & Danny and wife Karen Cagle Milburn, Ok. She was preceded in death by Husband James Michael Stephenson, brothers Jacky Wayne Newton, and Michael Cagle, sisters Laura Jean Fernandez, Deborah O'Neal, and Linda Sue Rose, Father Darrell R. Cagle, Mother Pauline Newton and stepfather JW Newton. A celebration of life will be held on October 18, 2025, at DeArman Funeral Home in Tishomingo, Ok. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to funeral home or the American Cancer Society.
