Vicki Lynn Bantrup, 65, of Dixon, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024, at Rock River Hospice & Home, Sterling. She was employed at Kohls prior to her passing.
Vicki was born, September 23, 1958, in Dixon, the daughter of Neil and Margaret (Knicl) Hall.
Vicki is survived by two sons, Alex Bantrup, Christopher Bantrup; one daughter, Aubrey (Jon) Setchell; her mother Margaret Hall; and three grandchildren, Jade Setchell, Audrina Setchell, Carson Setchell.
Vicki enjoyed watching Jeopardy and the Voice, morning walks with her black lab, Puddles, at Sinnissippi Park, running 5Ks races and cherished every moment spent with her grandkids.
Vicki was preceded in death by her father, Neil Hall.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am - Noon, Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the Preston-Schilling Funeral Home, Ltd, Dixon, followed by a graveside service at noon at Palmyra Cemetery, Dixon, with the Rev. Don Beasley, pastor of Turning Point Citi Church, Dixon, officiating. Burial will be at Palmyra Cemetery, Dixon.
A memorial has been established to Granny Rose Animal Shelter, in Dixon.
Arrangements were completed by Preston-Schilling Funeral Home in Dixon.
