I met Vicki through her involvement with Rural WI Health Cooperative and the UR roundtable. Vicki was such a delight to work with and always appreciated her insight and knowledge with her position and regulations. I will always remember her compassion for her patients , her well rooted sense of humor - as well as her charming smile. My sympathies to her entire family! Rest in peace Vicki - Sheila Goethel.
