Vicki was part of my life as soon as she was born. We were first cousins. We were always together at family gatherings. I know that she accomplished many things in her life that her family was very proud of. She met the love of her life, Vic, who was and is a wonderful guy. Our condolences to Vic, the girls and all of the family.
