Vicki Lynn Clark, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 67 in Dayton, Ohio. Born on March 20, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio, Vicki's joyful spirit and infectious laughter touched the lives of everyone around her.
A proud graduate of Hillsboro High School, Class of 1975, Vicki carried with her a warmth that was as radiant as her smile. She devoted much of her life to her career at the AmVets and VFW Post in Dayton, where her bubbly personality shone brightly, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Vicki’s passions were rich and varied; she found joy in camping, adored music, and cherished the moments spent at the movies. Above all, she loved her family deeply. Her greatest pride and joy came from her children, Joshua Stevenson (Starla) and Sarah Stevenson, who were forever the center of her universe, accompanied by her grandchildren, Austin, Chase, Kyleigh, Cobi, Shelby, Tyler, Savannah, and Christian. Vicki was further blessed with a great-granddaughter, Maelynn Marie, who brought light to her already vibrant life.
In addition to the joys of her immediate family, Vicki was deeply connected to those around her. She is survived by her loving parents, Shirley and Buford Allen; her brother, Ronnie Allen (Tammy); and her nephew, Random Allen. Together, they will carry on her legacy of love, laughter, and light-heartedness.
Vicki was preceded in death by her grandparents, John L. and Lillie Allen, Charles Schindler and Stella Smith, and grandsons, Jimmy and Andrew. Their memories live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
A visitation to celebrate Vicki’s life will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:30 PM, both taking place at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton.
