Vicki S. Lepley

Vicki S. Lepley, 60, of Lewistown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Geisinger–Lewistown Hospital. Born April 23, 1965, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of Richard C. Lepley and the late Pauline (Norris) Lepley. In addition to her father, she is survived by her stepmother, Barbara (Foulk) Lepley; her siblings, Donnie Lepley and wife Christina, of Lewistown; Sherry Forshey and husband Rodney, of Mount Union; Mary Lepley, of Port Royal; and Kevin "Buzz" Lepley and wife Sherrie, of Lewistown; along with eight nieces and nephews and fourteen great-nieces and nephews. Vicki proudly and honorably served her country in the United States Navy. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions in Vicki's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
