Vickie was born on January 19, 1976 to Jessie McCoy and the late James Jones at Newcomb Hospital in Vineland, NJ. Vickie grew up in Port Norris, NJ. She attended Haleyville-Mauricetown School, Port Norris Elementary School. Millville High School and Millville Senior High School.
Vickie worked many jobs; Elwind, Zeltey's Daycare, REM and Resources for Independent Living before she took ill and became unable to work.
Vickie was the 2nd born daughter out of five and was known for her beautiful eyes and bright smile. She was a strong and independent woman. Vickie was loving, giving and thoughtful. Vickie would always speak her mind and voice her opinion. Vickie loved spending time with family, cooking, having barbecues, hosting events for the children, playing games on her phone, shopping and hanging with her sisters and friends.
Vickie leaves to cherish her memory; five children, Aaliyah Ellis, Christopher Harris, Tyreeon Milledge, Braelynn Evans and Kindall Evans all of Millville; her partner, David Evans; her mother, Pastor Jessie McCoy; four sisters, Joann Pinto of Bridgeton, Valerie Johnson of Millville, Jessica Johnson of Millville and Annie McCoy of Cedarville; her brother, Kristin Boone-Jones of Vineland; two grandchildren, Avion Coursey and Milana Harris; her god-brother, Thomas Smith, Jr; her god sister, Juleen Badger; her close friend, Aisha Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by; her father, James Jones; her step-father, Willie McCoy; three uncles; two aunts and her niece I'Jeane Ennals.

Funeral services will be held at Christlike Ministries, 1520 South Orchard Rd., Vineland, NJ 08360 on Saturday, November 15th, at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
