Vicky Moore Obituary

Vicky Adair Moore, 78, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2025, in Clovis, California, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 18, 1947, in Moline, Illinois, the daughter of Clester L. Stanley and Anna B. (Demont) Stanley.
On September 7, 1967, Vicky married the love of her life, Gary Moore, in San Jose, California. Together, they built a beautiful life rooted in love, laughter, and family.
Vicky worked in the technology industry for most of her life, where she was known for her strong work ethic and dedication. Outside of her career, she enjoyed gardening, crafting, and sharing her creativity with others. She was a proud member of the Red Hat Society and the Cookie Coffee Club, where she found joy in friendship and fellowship.
Vicky, affectionately known as "GG," treasured time spent with her family-especially her great-granddaughters, who were the light of her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Cari (Moore) Loete, and son-in-law, Jeff Loete; her beloved grandchildren, Joshua Loete (Christine) and Katelyn (Loete) Yocum (Jon); and her precious great-granddaughters, Skyleigh Yocum and Emberleigh Yocum. She is also survived by her brother, Rick Stanley (Sandy), and sister, Judy Campbell.
Vicky was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Gary; her son, Brian; and her siblings, Maxine Wright, Elma Stanley, Betty Ann Herman, Lester Jr. Stanley, Jerry Stanley, Arthur Gene Stanley, William Stanley, Sandra Ryerson, and Sharon McDonald.
A memorial service to celebrate Vicky's life will be held in the summer of 2026 in the Quad Cities.
Vicky will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and joyful spirit. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the many lives she touched.
