Vicky Williams

Vicky Lynn (Seipp) Williams, 56, passed away Friday, February 16, 2024 in Rocky Mount, Missouri. She was born July 1, 1967 in Westminster, Maryland, a daughter of William Fred Seipp and Margie Pauline (Bowersox) Seipp. Vicky loved spending her time outdoors. Whether it was taking her grandbabies for a ride in her jeep or finding a waterfall with her kayak, you always knew she would be doing something under the sun. She loved learning new things, and completing new projects - she was a jack of all trades. During Vicky's fulfilling life, she had many skills under her belt but ultimately found her heart in caregiving and bartending - some would argue she was Versailles' Best. Survivors include John Mark Williams; their three beautiful children, Brittany Lynn Williams, Sierra Dawn Lloyd, and Alexa Jade Williams; two grandchildren, Jaymeson Parker Lloyd and Gabriel Samson Lloyd; a brother, Rick Lee Seipp and a sister, Joyce Mae Seipp Hamilton She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, William Fred "Bill" Seipp Jr. and a sister, Margie Ann Bilger Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles, Missouri.
