Victor Bezak

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Victor (Vic) Bezak, aged 63, of Carrollton, Texas. He was with loved ones when he passed away peacefully at home on October 7, 2025.
Victor was born on April 26, 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio to Joann (Sullins) and Victor Bezak. He moved "back home" to West Virginia with his parents and older sister, Betty, when he was seven years old. Victor always loved animals and music, and was invited to play saxophone in the high school band when he was still in junior high. As a young man, he joined the Air Force and learned how to maintain airplanes, including F-16 Falcons. After his military career, he worked for various aerospace companies before finding his work-home at Southwest Airlines. He retired from Southwest in June 2024.
Victor is survived by his wife Stephanie Grant, his daughters Reidi Kristina Bezak (partner Dalton Kane), Rachael Kathlina Bezak, Rebecca Victoria Bezak (partner Christian Payano), Regina Dawn Aybar (Daniel Aybar), his son Victor Jericho Bezak, and seven grandchildren. Victor will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Victor was preceded in death by his father Victor Bezak, his mother Joann Sullins Bezak, and his grandson Robert Lee Hardin Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 16th at the North Dallas Funeral Home on Valley View Ln in Farmers Branch, TX. Visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, followed by a service. Graveside services, including military honors, will be held at 12:00 noon at the Furneaux Cemetery on Cemetery Hill in Carrollton, TX.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Operation Kindness in Carrollton, TX in memory of Victor.
