He was born November 6, 1952, in Follansbee, WV to Pete F. and Ellen Wells Cattaruzza.
Victor was a retired contractor and heavy equipment operator. He was preceded by his father and survived by his mother.
A special thanks to all of Victor's friends for being so helpful during Victor's illness, especially Boyd Jackson, and Clay Jackson from Alabama.

So sorry for your loss. Tom met Victor when he was twelve and had remained friends. In our younger years we had some great times. I wish I'd spent more time with him. He will not be forgotten. Love Tom and Carolyn Carbasho
