Victor A Delgado Galvez

Victor Andres Delgado Galvez, 49, of North Plainfield, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026. Born in Lima, Peru, he was the beloved son of Oswaldo Delgado Villalba and Teodora Galvez Irazabal.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 11th from 4-8pm in Scarpa Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place North Plainfield, NJ 07060.

Victor was a loving and devoted father to his cherished daughter, Clara Galvez, who was the pride and joy of his life. He was also a treasured brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, whose presence brought comfort, wisdom, and laughter to all who knew him.

Affectionately known as “El Maestro,” Victor was admired for his strong work ethic, intelligence, and generous spirit. He was smart, funny, and a trusted advisor who always offered thoughtful guidance. Above all, Victor was a selfless man who consistently placed the needs of his family before his own.

In his quieter moments, Victor enjoyed relaxing in front of the television, especially watching his favorite shows, El Gordo y La Flaca and, more recently, The Big Bang Theory, which never failed to make him laugh.

Victor’s legacy lives on through the love he shared, the lessons he taught, and the many lives he touched with his kindness and sincerity. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
