It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Victor Gonzales, who departed this life peacefully on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the age of 81.
Victor was born on May 16, 1944, in Austin, Texas, to the late Charles and Patricia Gonzales. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Mary Louise; his children and their families: Sylvia, Isabel , Dolores, Victor Jr., Mark, and Rosanna; as well as 18 cherished grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Victor III.
Victor was a man of quiet strength and a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the countless others whose lives were touched by his presence.
We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact it had on those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Though Victor's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May his memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth his legacy of love and compassion in all that we do.
In accordance with his wishes, a private celebration of life was held by the family. No public services will be held.
