Victor J. Hubany, 81, of Eastlake, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 18, 2021.He retired from the City of Cleveland Heights Water and Street Departments. Victor was proud of his honorable service in the United States Army Reserves. He cherished spending time with his beloved family and friends.Victor is survived by his wife of 49 years, Patricia (Stary) Hubany; and son, Jim Hubany; sister, Carole Hubany Malone; and brothers, Ronnie Hubany and Marvin Hubany. He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Winifred (Fields) Hubany.Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 4-7 PM at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Boulevard, Eastlake, OH 44095. PLEASE MEET AT St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 35711 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake, OH 44095 on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 10 AM for his funeral mass. Victor was given the gift of life with a heart transplant.
