condolences to the Family of Victor Parra. He was a wonderful and caring son, brother and Father. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His life was cut way too short and didn't get to do all the things that he had planned. God added another angel to his Kingdom. May he always Rest in Eternal Peace. Prayers for his Family.
