Victor Rosier Obituary

Victor was born on March 4, 1927 and passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Victor was a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Upon returning from the war he graduated from Ithaca College. Victor proudly served his country in the United States Navy Merchant Marines during WW II. In accordance with Victor's wishes, he was donated to the Humanity Gifts Registry Program and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
