Vicki came to Manatee county 30 years ago from Pinellas County. She loved walking her dog on the beach and singing karaoke.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Jose Lucas and Anthony Lucas; daughter, Susan Lucas; brother, John Clements; grandchildren, Jerod and Richie.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister Cindy.
