Vielca De Jesus Morel

Vielca De Jesus Morel, 75, of Bronx, NY, passed away on February 25, 2025. Born in Valverde Mao D.R., she resided in the Bronx. Vielca was the daughter of the late Justiniano Acosta and Maria F. Morel. She is survived by her sons Orestes Acosta, and his wife Argelis, and Bernardo Acosta, her brothers Francisco, Polin, and Thomas Morel, her sister Melba Morel, her grandchildren Bernardo, Christopher, Jonathan, Joshua and Justin Acosta. She was predeceased by her brothers Carlos, Miguelina, and Victor Morel.
Vielca was a remarkable woman full of love, energy, and an unwavering spirit. She was not only a devoted mother who nurtured her family with kindness and wisdom but also a source of endless warmth and joy. Her laughter could light up any room, and her strength was an inspiration to all who knew her. She lived life with a generous heart, always putting others before herself, and her presence brought comfort and happiness to those around her. Though she is no longer with us, her love, lessons, and vibrant spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 2-5pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 11am, from Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington.
Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
