My wife Judy & I live across the street from Vince & Thelma in The Settlement at Powhatan Creek on Monticello Avenue.
We first met Vince while our Town Home was under construction. Since Vince & Thelma had lived in a Town Home like ours in another section of the Settlement, Vince gave us a lot of information about things that he knew we should look out for while our Town Home was under construction. This info turned out to be invaluable to us during the construction.
Sure enough the things that Vince told us might not go as planned actually happened. Vince thereby saved us a lot of grief!
