Vincent C. Moore

Vincent C. Moore, age 93, of Groveport, OH, passed away on November 23, 2025.

He was born January 13, 1932, in Blaine, KY, to the late Clyde and Bertha Moore.

Vincent proudly served in the United States Navy for eight years, four active, including deployment to the Korean War, and four reserve.

He worked as a truck driver for many years, driving over one million miles accident free.

Vincent was a proud Mason and member of the Teamster Local 413.

In addition to his parents, Vincent was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Phyllis Moore; siblings Pauline, Ruth, Verlina, Patty, Eddie; and son-in-law Fred Green.

Vincent is survived by his children, Debbie Green, Gary (Melody) Moore, and Doug (Jackie) Moore; grandchildren, Valerie, Lillian, Nick, Zach, Scott, Alyssa, and Rachel; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Don (Marie) Moore, Norma (David), and Janet (Ervin).

Among the things Vincent loved were spending time with his grandkids, being around his horses, watching them race at Scioto Downs, working in the tack shop, and his cat Rager, and his dogs Abbi and Lilly.

Family and friends may visit 1-3:00 pm on Sunday, November 30, at DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH 43110. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm on Monday, December 1, at the funeral home.
