VandenBosch Moore; Dear father of Bridgette Glover, Brett (Julie) Moore, Vincent "VJ" Moore and Molly Moore; Loving grandfather of Sarah, Hannah, Alex, Vanessa, Lucy, Isabelle and Natalie; brother of the late Mary Desmond; uncle of Patrick and Theresa Desmond. Friends may call at D. LAWRENCE GINNANE FUNERAL HOME 3215 Delaware Ave. Kenmore Tuesday (Jan 13th) 4-7 PM. All are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph University RC Church 3269 Main St. Buffalo Wednesday at 10 AM. Please meet at church. Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Mr. Moore was true gentleman. He guided me through the sale of my Mother's house with kindness , grace and experience. When difficulties arose with the buyer and both agents he continually reassured me and always reminded me of what truly matters in life - family, friendship, courtesy and a sense of humor. I still have the letter he wrote to say Goodbye. He spoke often and fondly of his family and his satisfaction with his profession.

Vince was a good man and a great mentor. He lived a full life and loved, and was loved by, his family. He will be missed.

I worked with Vince at Damon &Morey and later at Barclay Damon. Vince was always there when I needed advice or had a question. He was a gentleman attorney who regarded the practice of law as a profession. May his memory be a blessing.

Once upon a time, my wife (Dawn Britt-Wilby) and I are in a conference room, ready to close on our first home. A door opens behind us, we hear a voice say: "I thought that name looked familiar. I'll take it from here." as the man who gave the eulogy for my father in-law strolls in like something out of a movie. He then sat with Dawn and I and patiently explained every page we signed like he was showing one of his daughters. Our lawyer laughed and said: "You know it's going to be a good day when your client kisses the bank's lawyer hello."
Mr. Moore was a great man. I will miss him.
