Viola Marie (Tootie) Williams, age 73 of Morrisville, PA passed away on Nov. 14, 2023 at her home. Born in Trenton, Viola was raised in Bordentown, NJ and resided in Morrisville for the past 47 years.
She worked as a registered nurse for nearly 3 decades after donating her time to the Morrisville Ambulance Squad and was also a life-time member of The Deborah Hospital Foundation. An avid Bingo and pool player, she also enjoyed bowling and being a Girl Scout Leader.
Daughter of the late William Sr. and Violet (Bilbee) Wise, sister of the late Richard and Barry Wise, and wife of the late C. Kennedy Williams, Jr., she is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law Robin and Paul Auten of Morrisville, Tracey and Michael Schuckert of Langhorne, Tina and Harry Masterson of Cherry Hill, NJ and Rosemary and Jeffrey Bensted of Browns Mills, NJ, three brothers and two sisters-in-law William and Fe Wise, Jr. of New Jersey, Brian and Debbie Wise of Delaware and Bradley J. Wise of Pennsylvania, a sister and brother-in-law Ruth and Vince Calvanese of Pipersville, PA, seven grandchildren Damon and D’Andre Auten, Colin and Olivia Schuckert-Tohm, Bryanna Tohm, Mary Masterson and Nolan Bensted, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may gather from 11 AM – 12 Noon on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. Her memorial service and life celebration will begin at 12 Noon, officiated by Rev. Olga Gonzalez, Pastor of Morrisville United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please consider making a memorial contribution, in Viola’s name, to the Deborah Hospital Foundation (www.deborahfoundation.org).
