Violet Clark Obituary
She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys (Conley) Holland, and her father, Rudell Owens; stepfather, Gene Holland; son, Kelly Thacker, and her brother, Randy Owens. She was a retired secretary, and member of Grace Family Worship C.O.G.
She is survived by her children, Angie Thacker Stone (Rich) and Robert Reginald Thacker (Charlotte); bonus daughter, Jamie Shircliffe (John); grandchildren, Shandi Embry, Eric Embry (Sarah), Creig Stone (Trisha), Alisha Stone, Bryan Thacker (Chelsea), Chase Thacker (Kaelin), Abby Davis (Dalton) and Emma Shartzer (Grant); great-grandchildren, Rylee Embry, MacKenzie Dunn, Eli Thacker, Lylah Thacker, Adaline Thacker, Shawn Peak, Kamarion Huff, Kaleena Stone, Khloe Stone, Grayson Shircliffe, and Jacob Davis; sisters, Matilda Cotton and Debbie Altes; brother, Freddie Owens, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Resthaven Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home.
