Violet P. (Buzy) Hinzman

Age 94, of Brookline, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Andrew A. Hinzman. Loving Mother of Andrea Abt, Cheryl (Kevin) Kinsella, Andy Hinzman, Michele (Bill) Dugan, Joe (Sandy) Hinzman and the late Theresa (surviving spouse Gil) Kowalski and Mark Hinzman. Beloved Daughter of the late George and Pearl (Matuszak) Buzy. Loving sister of the late Russ (Surviving spouse Barbara) Buzy and Jerry Buzy. Also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Violet had a lot of interests throughout her life. She took non-credit classes to learn yoga, massage therapy and upholstery. She loved to paint landscapes and made huge ceramic nativity sets for all of her children. Violet enjoyed being a grandma. In later years her passion was her garden, cultivating her roses and hydrangea bushes.
