I met Jean when we both worked at Virginia House Furniture. I lived right across the street and we car pooled everyday to work. Since I left Marion many years ago, we lost touch but I never forgot what a lovely person she was. My prayers are with her family and friends.

I worked with Jean at the bank and that's where our friendship began. Jean was such a sweet and fun loving lady who never met a stranger! Even in her sickness, she was still able to find some way to be humorous. She will be greatly missed! May the Lord send comfort and peace to her family!

I am so sorry to hear of Jean’s passing. We were neighbors for many years and I always enjoyed talking to her. You couldn’t have asked for better neighbors than Jean and Paul Dean. I hope you will find comfort in your many wonderful memories of Jean and in the knowledge that you will see her again in Heaven one day. May God grant you comfort and peace in the difficult days ahead. We will be praying for you all. God bless you.

As her Pastor I will definitely say sister Jean will highly be missed. Upon entering the room where she was I would greet her with these words, How is the "Sweet Jean Machine" doing today? She was such a pleasant individual to be around. She is now in the care of her Heavenly Father rejoicing with family and friends on the other side. Mine and Pam's prayers will now will be focused on Jean's earthly family. May He embrace each one of you with His amazing grace during your time of grievance.
