Virgil James Caliso, age: 62.
Born June 25th 1962 in Oxnard, CA.
Passed on May 16th, 2025, in Bowling Green, KY from respiratory failure.
He was the son of Prudencia and Daniel Caliso. Virgil was a devoted husband, over doting Father, and loving Grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Lorna, and their children,
Joseph: eldest son,
Lorena Jean: daughter,
Jarod: middle son,
and Judge: youngest son
as well as his only grandchild, Maximus.
A memorial service will be held on
May 28th 2025, from 11:00 am -3:00 pm
at Cone Funeral Home located at
1510 Campbell Lane, in Bowling
Green, KY 42104.
Virgil graduated Westmoor Highschool class of 1980. He also attended Sequoia's Institute of Technology and received Certificates in Automotive. He has always had a passion for riding bikes and testing his limits on all vehicles, just to know it's capabilities.
He also had the biggest heart, willing to educate any young riders and help anyone in need no matter the situation and would see the positives in every scenario. Above all he would always see take care of his family making sure everyone was happy. That's the kind of person Virgil was. He'll be missed dearly by his family and friends.
The family has requested that donations be made to Cone Funeral Home.
