Dr. Virgil T. Deal Jr.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dr. Tom. We worked together on the K-9 SAR Team. He stated that he learned so much about dogs and Search and Rescue from me. But I learned so much more about life from the example he set. He will be greatly missed.

We thank God for the gift of this great man and are thankful for his service to us all. Ida, you and your dear family are in our hearts and prayers.

I can never repay the friendship, kindness, and mentorship that he gave me and so many others. My gratitude to his family for supporting him through his years of service and my sincerest condolences. He was a bright light in this world.

Dear God, Receive Tom, who you created in love, and comfort Ida and the entire Deal Family and Friends with the assurance of your Sanctifying Grace and Divine Mercy. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
