Virginia Gentry Brockette, age 80 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Tuesday morning, November 26, 2024 at the Tri-Star Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Virginia is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Virginia Gentry Brockette will be conducted Saturday morning, November 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with William Yokley officiating. Interment will follow in the Whitley Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Friday afternoon from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m.
Family request memorials be made to the India Mission Fund or Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Fund. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by: husband, Mark Brockette; parents, Oscar & Daisy (Bray) Gentry; brothers, Willys, Grady, & Tommy Gentry.
She is survived by: daughters and son-in-law, Sharon Brockette of Red Boiling Springs, Shelia & Peter Dunaway; grandchildren, Elizabeth & Mark Dunaway; sister, Geneva Netherton all of Nashville.
