Dear Gray and family of Virginia,

I am sorry to learn of Virginia's death. We met at Illusions by Marcus. I was always delighted to see her and talk with her when she came to get her hair done. She had a precious sense of humor, great determination, and beautiful smile!

Gray, I am so sorry for your loss. I know how you will miss her.

Please let me know if you need anything.
With love,
Ronda (receptionist, not stylist)
