Virginia Lee Hilliard (nee' Easley), was born July 29, 1933. She departed this life on November 19, 2025. She was born to Cary George "Georgie" Bennett, better known to her family as G. Mama, in Nashville Tennessee. Not long after Virginia's birth, G. Mama married Thomas "Tom Tom" Easley, who adopted Virginia and raised her as his own. Virginia attended and graduated from Nashville Public Schools. Virgina married, and her, her husband at the time, and her parents moved to Cleveland, Ohio.

Virgina gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was a long-time member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church, here in Cleveland, Ohio. She went to school during the day and worked at night, to obtain her nursing degree, all while raising six children. Once she obtained her degree, she worked as a Psych Nurse on the Chemical Dependency Unit (P47), at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She worked there for over 30 years, eventually retiring, but continued, until her illness, to do pro re nata work for the unit.

Virgina had a kindness that transcended time, space, and even her illness. Everyone who was blessed to encounter her, spoke of her kindhearted nature. She was the true embodiment of a matriarch and will be greatly missed.

Virginia was preceded in death by her mother, Georgie "G. Mama" Bennet, father, Thomas "Tom Tom" Easley, her eldest son, William Thomas Fitzpatrick II, her third son, Alzander George Fitzpatrick, and her beloved grandsons Williams Thomas Fitzpatrick III, and Martell Rashawn Rowland.

Virgina leaves to continue her legacy, her husband, Leon Hilliard, her children, Joe Fitzpatrick, Roshenna Howard (nee' Fitzpatrick), James Rowland, and Samatta Rowland; her grandchildren, Stephanie Bumgarner (Earl), Lashawna Hughes (Johnny), Thomasina Leach (Troy), Ebony Dean, Tyessa Howard, Nathaniel Blevins, Geoshenna Foster, and Takesha Rowland, twenty-five great grandchildren, six great- great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
