Virginia Joyce Obituary
Mrs. Virginia Margaret Joyce, age 89, of Chapel Hill, TN died Saturday, February 28, 2026. Born in Chicago, IL, Mrs. Joyce was a daughter of the late Malcolm Palmer and Genevieve Brown Palmer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Anderson Joyce in 2009; 3 sisters, Joyce Hamlin, Gail White and Donna Blakley; a brother, Harold Brown.
She was a retired School Bus Driver for the Marshall Co. Tennessee School District and a member of St. Johns Catholic Church in Lewisburg, TN.
Survivors are a daughter, Cheri Vaughn; a son, Bill Joyce; a sister, Bernadette Vilcer; a brother, Wade Palmer; a grandson, Ben Vaughn; 3 great-grandchildren, Ruby Vaughn, Ada Vaughn and Murdock Vaughn.
Visitation and a graveside service will be 12PM, Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Cromer-Blackwell-Joyce Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
