Virginia Mann Obituary
Virginia was born August 10, 1929 Graham to the late Martha Inez Lamons McCluskey and Robert Edmond McCluskey. She married Bert Mann May 17, 1947 in Jacksboro, he preceded her in death on June 18, 2019. Virginia was a lifetime resident of Graham and a member of the First Presbyterian Church where she served as Deacon, Elder and Sunday School teacher to both Junior High and Adult classes. She was an Insurance Agent and Co-owner of Mann Insurance Agency in Graham. Virginia was health care giver and provided care givers to home bound people. She was a member of Graham Regional Hospital Auxiliary and Area Church Women.
Survivors include; daughter, Kathy May and husband Gary of Graham; grandsons, Garrett May and wife Leigha of San Antonio, Jason May and wife Chrissy of Carrollton; great grandchildren, Ainsley, Declan, Dawson and Turner May; daughter-in-law Dawn Mann Thompson of Lago Vista; brother, Bob McCluskey of Austin; and almost daughter and good friend, Jo Ann Pettus Thetford and numerous nieces and nephews.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, a son Bert Allen Mann, Jr., and son-in-law Tommie Thompson, sisters Martha McCluskey Wilkes, and Anne McCluskey Maxwell.
The family would like to thank Seniorly Yours Assisted Living and Beyond Faith Home Health/Hospice for all the love and care they gave her.

Kathy and family, I´m so sorry for your loss. The three sisters are together again. I met your mom about 40 years ago, when I first moved to Texas and was living with Don and Martha. She came out for a weekend, and was fun and beautiful, and she and Aunt Martha laughed until late in the evening. A fond memory was driving Ann out to visit Virginia and Bert at the lake house. That had to have been in the 80s. There was a peach on the tree that was looking pretty good, but Virginia wanted to wait. On Sunday morning before we left, she decided it was perfect. That was the best peach I´ve ever eaten! I wish I had known her better, but I feel like I did because of the updates from Aunt Martha! I´ll keep you all in my prayers as you navigate the next days and months. I´m thankful she knew and loved her Savior.
