Camille Brantley

Gina was the heart of YL Memphis for 30 years. Her supportive role on Brad's staff was an absolute gift to each of us. She taught me how to write a thank you, how to honor and serve our donors, how to balance our Green Sheets, how to throw a shower, a wedding reception, and a funeral. She was integral in my development as a YL staff person and a follower of Jesus. She also set me up on my first date with Joel Brantley and cheered us on for many years of marriage and ministry after that. She was absolute gold! I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work with her during my first decade on the YL staff. She is missed! Thanks for sharing her with us for so many years!

Oh my goodness Gina was the consummate genteel southern woman who had the funniest side to her!!! All my years in YL and in her orbit were the best years!!! She was the most loving friend with the best `mom´ advice and we all lived to make her giggle at the office! She tried her best to bring a professional atmosphere to the YL office for Brad Bakers sake, but daily she was undone by funny antics and gave in constantly to the frivolity!! Especially when Hassen Jones would do the `pencil sharpener´ behind the backs of unsuspecting workmen in the office!! Gina also loved her daughters with such a love that we all knew early on as single people that a love of a momma was fierce and beautiful! I´m grieving with an earthly grief but rejoicing that she´s with her Lord and Savior!! Much love!

Susan, Lisa and Sandra,
How do you know your mother was so instrumental in so many people`s lives. She was especially instrumental in mind. She showed me love, grace, kindness in hard times of my life. She also pointed me in right directions. She lived Jesus. She has always had a special place in my heart. I´m sorry for you guys loss but I am so happy for her that she is now basking in the glory of our savior. Your friend, Craig Myers.

To all family members of sweet Virginia Ramsey, we were all Blessed to have her in our lives. My heart goes out to all of you and you are all in my prayers. She became my best friend in the 9th grade and she has never left my heart. She was a true and caring friend and actually lived her Christianity. Looking forward to seeing her in Heaven soon.
