Virginia Slody

Virginia Slody â€" 96 years old wife of the late Joseph Slody passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 at Manatawny Manor, Pottstown. Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late Paul and Mamie (Hess) Weller. Surviving is her daughter Sharon Harvey and her husband Lawrence, Boyertown; sons Gary Slody and wife Marsha, Pottstown; Richard Slody, Denver, PA; Bruce Slody and wife Mandy, Frederica, Delaware; Brother-In-Law Stuart Spohn; and nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and fourteen nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Mildred James, and Grace Smyhthe Spohn and brothers Richard Weller and Gerald Weller. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Warker~Troutman Funeral Home Inc, Pottstown. A service will follow at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick.
