Virginia Smith Obituary

Virginia "Jenny" Clatterbuck Smith went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 10, 2025, in Charlottesville, VA. She was born January 5, 1947, to the late James Floyd and Elanor Gertrude Clatterbuck.

Jenny enjoyed reading her Bible and poetry and watching classic movies such as Gone With the Wind and TV shows like The Waltons. She also enjoyed nature, especially the spring and fall seasons. Jenny would take special trips to Shenandoah National Park to view all the beautiful colors those seasons would produce.

Jenny is survived by her son, Anthony Jenkins (Tracy) of Amissville, VA; granddaughter, Amy Jenkins (Bob Williams) of Sperryville, VA; great-grandchildren, Gabriella Williams and Wayne Williams of Sperryville, VA; sisters, Linda Jenkins of Washington, VA and Margaret Hitt of Mathias, WV; and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Jenny is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Bobby Jenkins.

Services will be private.
