Survivors: children, Jack (Lisa Neal)Grizzell and Tammy Chew; grandchildren, Cheryl (Chad) Ogden, Zachary (Natasha) Hamilton, Wesley (Amanda) Hamilton, Josh Grizzell, Ezekiel (Olivia) Hamilton, Dale Chew, Dalton Spuehler, Danielle Spuehler; brothers, Gene (Becky) Aker and Cliff (Linda) Aker.
Predeceased by parents, Paul and Pauline Eva (DeWitt) Aker; husband, Kenneth Smith; daughters, Debbie Catron, Cindy McGinnis, Judy Langley and Loretta Penn; siblings, Betty Daniel and Billy Aker.
Funeral service: 1:00pm Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel. Burial will be in Asbury Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm. www.hinsey -brown.com.
