As we get closer to the day you were taken, it seems like everything is out of place. Words can't express how much we miss you.You are always in our hearts, remembering when we were little and you would hold us in your lap and play with us, the times you spent with us and loved us. We will never forget how you strive to give us a better life and future. We are who we are today because of you and everything you did and gave up for your three daughters. You are loved, missed and will always be living on through our memories and your 3 girls, Nadia, Michelle and Shelly Ann Ramsaroop.
Love you dad....

It never gets easier. But we keep you alive in our hearts, memories and let our kids know who you were. Its sad, to know that we have done so much with how you raised us n you not being here to see how much we have grown. But I know your looking down on us smiling. We love you DAD. Love Liz, Bet & Nadia.

Due to an initiative from the folks of the 9/11 Memorial, I have participated in an act of kindness, where we are assigned the name which we are to honor and remember as a victim of 9/11. On the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, I am honoring and remembering Vishnoo Ramsaroop.

Vishnoo,
I have never met you, but my wife Nadia is your daughter. She really misses you so much and is still so sad that you are gone. I have tried to be there for your daughter, I have failed sometimes, but I want you to know that I love her with all my heart and I will always be there for her no matter what. May you rest in peace. Love, your son Damall

My family and I were deeply saddened and shocked that terrible day. We finnally had the chance to visit the WTC site and the memorial in Oct/08 to pay our respects. I purchased a small blue bag that contained a braclet with Mr. Ramsaroops name on it I wear it all the time and answer questions about it continuously Mr Ramsaroop will never be forgotten as will all the others My deepest sympathies to the families and know we remember

To the family of Vishnoo, please accept my condolence on behalf of all my family members. I actually grew up with Vishnoo better known as "Pyal" as everyone called him. We had lots of fun hanging out at Ragoo junction where we lived at St Croix Road in Princes Town, Trinidad. He will be greatly missed and may God be with his family in times of need.

It was several years ago that I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mr. Ramsaroop and his family. Mr. Ramsaroop to me embodied the hopes and dreams of so many other immigrants like him. Although the circumstance of our meeting was strictly professional, I was never the less impressed by this gentleman's dignity and strength in the face of crisis. I am truly saddened by his loss. I offer my sincerest condolences to his family. My heart goes out to you all. May you find peace.

I met Vishnoo's younger brother in Donegal, Ireland. His story of his brother Vishnoo touched my heart and I wanted to see his Portrait here in the NY Times.
I send my sincere condolences to all Vishnoo's family.

We are very sorry for your loss of Vishnoo. Our hearts cry with you.
America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
