Vito W. Simone Jr. of Brick, NJ passed away January 15, 2022 at Community Medical Center, Toms River.
Born in Newark, NJ to the late Vito W. and Irene Simone Sr., he owned and operated Vito Simone Tile Company, Brick, NJ. Vito served in the United States Army in Peacetime.
Vito liked the nightlife and loved to go to the nightclubs throughout most of his adult life. He was a DJ at the Bamboo Club in Seaside Heights for several years. He loved the casinos in Atlantic City and made many donations. Although, he was disappointed in their performance the last couple of years, Vito was the GIANTS biggest fan.
Above all this he had a special place in his heart for his nephews and nieces and enjoyed being with them as they grew up. His Father use to call him the Ambassador of Brick Town for he was known and loved by all."
Surviving are his brothers James and Richard, his sisters JoLyn Hyers, Jacqueline Rose and Jill Brower. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be Saturday 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Silverton Memorial Funeral Home 2482 Church Rd., Toms River. Funeral services will begin at 7:30pm at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
