Vitore Caushi, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, December 26, 2025 at the age of 89.
Born in Albania, she lived a life filled with grace, resilience, and deep devotion to her loved ones. Many years ago, she made the courageous decision to leave her homeland and moved to the United States to be closer to her family, a journey that reflected her enduring strength and unselfish love.
Beloved wife of the late Baudin Caushi, she is survived by her two children and their spouses, Adriatik (Merita) Caushi, Elvira (Petraq) Jakova; her four grandchildren and their spouses, Ergys (Afroviti) Jakova, Redi (Janet) Jakova, Jurgen (Brittany) Caushi, Megi (Kyle) Carmona; and her five great-grandchildren, Erik, Finnley, Arleo, Solen and Patrik, who were the light of her later years. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the comforting aroma of her traditional Albanian cooking. She had a rare gift for bringing people together, and her gentle spirit touched every heart she encountered.
Although she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing her kindness, wisdom, fierceness, and love will live on through generations.
