Vittoria Laine "Tori" Powers Mann

Vittoria Laine “Tori” Powers Mann, age 34, of Baxley passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

Tori was born September 20, 1990 in Waycross. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Elaine Adams, her paternal grandfather, Julius R. Powers, and an aunt Michelle Kilpatrick Adams. Tori was known for her huge heart. She was a dependable confidant and encouraging cheerleader for her many friends and family. She was always willing to help others in their time of need, even when her own resources were limited. She loved all kinds of music, watching comedy shows and reality TV shows, especially Love Island, and she enjoyed making people laugh. But Tori’s greatest love was her children, who were her world!

Survivors include her children, Cloe Michelle Mann, Bradley Levi Mann, and Kaden Tucker Mann; her parents, Teresa Adams (Rayven) Lewis and Joel Victor Powers; brother, Adam Joseph Powers; maternal grandfather, Lonnie Adams; and paternal grandmother, Nava Brown. Her fiancé, Frank Holcomb, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Page officiating. Interment will follow in Melton’s Chapel Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jay Powers, Ryne Powers, Jayson Powers, Hunter Kicklighter, Walker Strickland, and Jamie Adams.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service.
