Vivian Sanfilippo Obituary
Vivian Sanfilippo, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully on July 14, 2024 at the age of 88.
Born in Messina, Sicily on February 8, 1936 to Rosaria and Guiseppe Strano. Vivian will be remembered for her warmth, generosity and strength. She dedicated her life to her family, always there with a caring heart, support and kindness. She enjoyed cooking large meals for loved ones, reading romance novels and spending time with her family and friends.
Vivian is predeceased by her husband Joseph Sanfilippo; son Ivan Sanfilippo and sisters, Maria Rossi and Giovanna DiFrancesco. Vivian is survived by her sons, Angelo (Tamara) Sanfilippo, Richard Sanfilippo and Ted (Renee) Sanfilippo; grandchildren, Zachary, Monica, Crista, Sara, RJ, Joe, Benjamin, Dominic and Isabella; brother, Victor (Nunzia) Strano; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at noon at 681 High Street, Victor NY 14564 at the Addison Fairways.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to Vivian's heart.
