Voyd Miller son of the late James Miller and Deaconess Mary Turner Born on May 8th 1953 in Chattanooga Tennessee. Voyd received an education in the Boston public school system.

He attended David Ellis elementary school, Boston technical high school. He attended HBCU Wilber Force University. It is one of three historically black universities established before the American Civil War. He majored in printing and machinery.

Voyd became a printer at BVS Printing after collage. Where he was employed for over 20 years. He then went on to work at Whole foods in Dedham as a chief until his retirement in 2016. Big career change, but he loved it.

Voyd accepted Christ in the early 80's and became a member of Morning Star under the leadership of Bishop Borders. Voyd served on the usher board.

Voyd Loved music (what most don't know) is he had a record collection that would put Skippy whites to shame. He Love traveling especially with his big Sis. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Voyd helped care for his elderly Mother whom he loved dearly. Voyd loved the lord and his church family. He would beam with pride in his usher board suit. He was Kind and loving and would always ask "You need anything".

Voyd is the second Child born to the late James Miller and Deaconess Mary Turner. Along with his beloved Mother, He leaves behind a younger sister Valerie Miller and is joining his older sister Deborah Miller in glory.

Although he had no children of his own he leaves behind two nieces Lysa Miller Barbosa and Imani Leah Miller and seven Nephews Siwatu Kamau, Sundiata Kamau, Addis Miller, Justin Roberts, Cyral Miller, Cory Graves and Jael Barbosa (godson) That he loved and cared for as if his own.

He is the nephew of the late Mrs. Dorothy Davis and Mrs. Jessie Tuggle

Raised like siblings He leaves behind his cousins Wayne Tuggle, Aaron Tuggle, Nancy Tuggle, the Late Gary Tuggle and Jackie Lawyer.

His laugh was contagious and his love for family was commendable. He will be truly missed and never forgotten.
